All of our classes are fully coached from start to finish to enable us to cater for all abilities. Our coaches will ensure everyone understands the specific training format along with the correct techniques and movement for each session.

MUSCULAR STRENGTH

Our strength classes focus on a range of key lifts. Think big, heavy duty, bang for your buck multi joint movements that have huge benefits for your training programme.

Designed to progressively overload the body and push boundaries.

This class will teach you to lift well and hit those PBs in the process.

MUSCULAR ENDURANCE

Improve your work capacity and stamina with our muscular endurance sessions.

With multiple reps throughout you will be fighting fatique and tappng into that endurance not only physically but also mentally.

CARDIO

VASCULAR

The perfect session to find your competitive side and max out your cardio capacity, these classes have been designed to push your aerobic endurance, which in turn will improve your all round endurance.

Here you’ll be encouraged to ‘EMPTY THE TANK’ but build a solid engine in the process.

FUNCTIONAL FLEXIBILITY

Our functional sessions are focused around full body movements. Think bear crawls, goblet squats and lots of core conditioning.

A great all rounder aiming to improve movement and mobility.
